About Me
Mark’s foundation as a massage therapist started in 2022 at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With a diverse clinical experience centred around orthopedic conditions, rehabilitation, and relaxation, Mark believes that there is no single solution to management of pain and health. Carrying this idea through his practice, he believes in meeting patients where their current ability is, while also balancing the patient’s goals to ensure that their concerns feel truly seen and heard during treatments.
With a basis in athletics, Mark draws knowledge from his experience as a rock climber, avid weightlifter, and hiker, integrating Swedish massage with neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, as well as assisted stretching and strengthening to ensure patients leave treatments with optimism that health and wellness are achievable for every person.
